Crystal Complete Building

Crystal Complete Building is a family-run, Irish owned company in the construction business for over 30 years. Cavan born Seamus Carolan started the company in Dublin in 1983, then trading as Crystal Construction. Seamus soon trained his two young sons, Daragh and Stephen, who took over the company almost twenty years later, after Seamus passed away. The brothers pride themselves on continuing their father’s high standards in every project they undertake. Specialising in home extensions, conservatories, attic conversions and property renovations, Crystal Complete Builders advise on home improvement grants, increasing the energy efficiency of your home and installing and fitting new kitchens and bathrooms.

Safe Pass Cards

All builders must have a Safe Pass to work in Ireland. It is a safety awareness training programme for construction workers and it is required by law to ensure that builders on construction sites carry a Safe Pass card at all times. Daragh and his team did a fantastic job on the work we needed doing on our house. Despite the constantly changing lockdown rules, Daragh managed to get all the work done efficiently and quickly, which we were really grateful for as we have young kids and we had a lot of differing jobs done and the quality of excellent. We engaged Crystal Complete Building to add a new level access bathroom to our home. From the planning stage to the end result our experience with Daragh ,Stephen and the team was exceptional, they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable They had a great work ethic, starting promptly at 8am, working long days and tidied up each evening leaving the building safe and secure. Crystal Complete delivered a great result for me on my tricky old house, with massed concrete & granite walls like the Waves of Tory. They insulated, plastered, replaced windows and floors etc very satisfactorily, finding solutions to all the building's problems. The rooms are now cosy and crisp, a pleasure to be in.Tidied up after themselves each evening, very clean work Polite and pleasant, started punctually early every morning. Great work all round.

From beginning to end our experience with Daragh and Stephen was exceptional. From a design perspective Daragh went above and beyond....in truth doing the job of an architect. Throughout the course of the project the scope expanded from an initial extension, to a clearing of an overgrown garden and finally a patio - this was due to the level of confidence we had in the team. We decided to get our house dry lined and to have a conservatory built at the back of the house.. After checking various builders we decided to go with Crystal Complete Building from Ashbourne Co. Meath. The work was carried out to a very high standard and was all completed on time. All the correct procedures were followed including signed contracts and staged payments. We are very happy with the work that was done and it has increased the value of our house as well. I would have no problem in recommending Crystal Complete Building to anyone.
